PROCESSING

All CARA BENEVENIA Handbags are shipped within 24-48 hours from purchase pending credit verification.  You will be notified with tracking via email when your package has shipped.

USA SHIPPING

All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS for a standard shipping rate of $10.  Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-3 business days of its ship date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and are based on your country.  We advise paying additional costs with UPS for the secure delivery of your package.

There may be additional charges imposed by your country upon receipt of your package.  By shipping a CARA BENEVENIA to an international address, you acknowledge your responsibility to incur any additional costs.

CARA BENEVENIA is not responsible for packages that are held in customs, lost, or damaged.  

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your CARA BENEVENIA Handbag, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit for unused items that are sent back to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt.  Returned merchandise must be accompanied with the original packaging and not show any signs of wear.  

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

To request a return, email hello@carabenevenia.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) and please include 'Exchange Request' and your order number in the subject line.  Please allow up to 48 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.

Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email for the amount of the item being exchanged, which can be used immediately to place a new order exclusively on carabenevenia.com.  Please allow up to 48 business hours for your returned item to be processed and the site credit issued.

Site credit codes are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire one year from activation.

CARA BENEVENIA reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

All items labeled 'final sale' or purchased during a 'sample sale' are not eligible for exchange.

DAMAGED GOODS

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email hello@carabenevenia.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.  Although CARA BENEVENIA is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, we will do our best to assist you.

OTHER NOTES

Orders cannot be modified or expedited once submitted to our warehouse.  If you require a modification of your order, be sure to email us at hello@carabenevenia.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to assist you.

If you require re-routing or holding of your package once shipped, please contact the carrier directly.  Re-routing and holding may not be offered on standard shipping options due to carrier limitations.

We do not ship with 'signature required' so please make arrangements for safe arrival of your CARA BENEVENIA.

Our carries do not ship on some federal holidays.  Please see UPS's delivery schedule for more information.
